Feedback
“This was an extremely challenging project. Concorde went above and beyond to get everything completed on time and with minimal interference to our business operations.” - Safeer Zaman, Network Manager at Snopake.

The Situation

Snopake required their existing infrastructure to be migrated onto Azure cloud-based infrastructure seamlessly and without disrupting their day-to-day work tasks. Each member of the team was working remotely, and had access to the network via TeamViewer, but variable operating speeds were having an adverse effect on productivity.

The office was moving premises, and a lot of backend work was required to mitigate the effects of lease lines being closed off. This, coupled with the time-sensitive nature of the project, meant that we had to be creative to deliver this project on time and without affecting Snopake’s day-to-day operations.

Our Solution

We started the project by conducting a detailed analysis of Snopake’s existing infrastructure, providing the team with our insights and a proposal outlining our proposed solution. This enabled us to propose a slution that was built around proven architectures and management options, that delivered a hybrid cloud solution specifically tailored to Snopake.

Our Operational Lead at Concorde, Samuel, was on hand throughout the project to guide two members of the team through the work, and made sure that all work was completed outside the hours of Snopake’s daily operations. This meant that our work didn’t interfere with their daily workflow, and they could continue operating as normal. We then assisted external software vendors in successfully connecting to the system - updating gateways, IP addresses, etc. - to ensure the system was functioning at full capacity.

Customer Opinion

“This was an extremely challenging project. Concorde went above and beyond to get everything completed on time and with minimal interference to our business operations. Everything is working a lot faster and our team isn't experiencing any connectivity issues. It’s like we’re in the office but with the convenience of working from home.” - Safeer Zaman, Network Manager at Snopake.
