For Concorde, 2020 began with a great deal of optimism - a year full of new opportunities and exciting developments.
By March, however, the world looked like a very different place...
Like most businesses across the UK, all but a small minority of our team were forced to work from home and adapt to new ways of working.
Kitchen desks, Zoom meetings and socially-distanced breaks soon became the norm (and look set to be part of our working lives for the foreseeable future).
Whilst we are still in the grip of the pandemic, and challenges for businesses undoubtedly lie ahead, there is much we are thankful for.
Concorde has been fortunate to be able to harness our remote working capabilities and continue to operate efficiently throughout the pandemic when many businesses faced uncertainty and closure.
We are thankful to our teams across the UK, who have adapted to and embraced new ways of working - continuing to support our customers, and each other, with the utmost dedication and professionalism throughout these difficult times.
