Concorde is delighted to announce that we have sustained our ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management system. This is a massive achievement that we are tremendously proud of as it represents the hard work we have put into providing our clients with the highest quality services, solutions and support within the IT industry.
Concorde is proud to have received this international standardisation certificate once again. The ISO 9001:2013 isn’t the only accreditation Concorde Technology Group has received recently. This week we were delighted to find out we have been accredited with our ISO 27001:2016 certification. This achievement follows on from our dedication to meeting the security management requirements which includes the full protection of our networks and of our confidential data.
Information security is exceptionally important within the IT industry and that is why Concorde are tremendously honoured to be recognised for our commitment to ensuring security, discretion, reliability, continued accessibility and resiliency when it comes to all of our sensitive data and information.
The addition of ISO 27001:2013 will give Concorde’s clients a next-level confidence that their personal information is being dealt with securely and confidentiality and reassuring them that these standards are being upheld every time their data is handled. It also symbolises our extensive efforts to ensure data is protected from loss, theft, misuse and damage.
Neil Roberts, Concorde Technology Group’s Managing Director said, “We are thrilled to have achieved these accreditations. Concorde sees it as a demonstration of our ongoing commitment to deliver procedures that include all of the legal, physical and technical restrictions included in a businesses information risk management process. This status was achieved by months of hard work from the Concorde team to make sure we met the ISO security standards.”.
