This week marks National Apprenticeship Week. National Apprenticeship Week is a time to recognise the value apprentices bring to businesses across the UK and to celebrate the opportunities apprenticeships create for individuals starting or reshaping their careers. At Concorde Technology Group, it's also an opportunity to reflect on our commitment to developing new talent and supporting the next generation of technology professionals.
We would like to take the time to shine a light on the positive impact our apprentices have on Concorde Technology Group. To celebrate, we asked two of our apprentices who are completing their Level 4 Network Engineering Apprenticeships to share their stories and roles.

'My typical day involves monitoring alerts, responding to support tickets, and troubleshooting issues across servers, networks, and firewalls. I work on tasks such as managing backups, checking system health, performing server maintenance, patching security vulnerabilities, and supporting end users.'
